Parenting in the past millennia has gone through many permutations and questionable methods and advice. It has left many people wandering lost, not feeling worthy, nourished, seen, heard or valued at a fundamental level of being.

It leaves people boundaryless, not knowing themselves, what they like or don’t like, unable to dream of a future, extremely self-critical and self-depreciating, looking for love in all the wrong places, difficulty in self-actualising, unable to take action in meaningful ways, over-working, people-pleasing and much much worse.

Much of this is recorded in your energetic system, all sorts of information is passed down ancestrally, but trauma most definitely is passed down epigenetically from generations to generation. 

Our institutions in turn adapt and mimic to current and outdated modes of education and organising life which hurt us, and don’t make sense to new generations of youth. Our institutions, our language, our media, our culture and the way history is taught hurts and opresses us too!

Our body holds the secrets of our life experience, anything we didn’t know what to do with, or have the energy to process becomes recorded, and eventually ‘frozen’. Manifesting in our posture, thought patterns, behaviours and ways of relating to ourselves and others.

I argue that we don’t need to carry our stories in that way.

To add to this we often recount our early experiences as a burden we bear, an old story we wear, and then repeat ad infinitum. Arguably re-traumatising ourselves and implying we are fixed, rigid beings.  

We also spend a lot of time assigning blame for how it got there rather than taking responsibility as adults to move into more grace and ease with the hand we were dealt.

My work helps you get to the root of these patterns in your system. You learn tools to find these in your system, map them, and begin healing, alchemising and dissolving them so they no longer harm you. Helping you to take steps in creating the material life you want and model how your psyche and consciousness operate within and for you.

Your inner strength is the rebellion, it is the new world we dream of.

I do teach how to work with your energy, mind and emotions but you should have started on some of this work for yourself previously. I have a 4 video program called CENTERED which can help you with basics and getting started if you are a beginner. Please ask me for it.

Most of my courses are geared towards practitioners of The Healing Arts but these three offers above are for anyone serious about their self-empowerment.

I always encourage you to find the power and courage to shift & alchemise for yourself. This is not about you sitting back and hoping that I will fix anything for you, or just sit and experience magic happening to you. This is about your dedication to yourself to your experience, trying the tools out and creating your own meaning and magic.

My LOVE AGAIN course is a mix of modules to watch, live coaching calls, and live transformational Kinesiology calls. I am right there with you on this journey. There is very little passive watching.

It is important that you work well in a group setting, I have zero tolerance for disruption, or space hogging, or copying, if there is geniune projection and an openeness for me to reflect that back to you then we can deal with edges with with compassion, fairness and grace.

I am an International Aura Mediator Instructor, training people to do AuraTransformations, which is a modality I have worked with for 8 years of all around the world, I completed 4 years of training and many initiations to get to where I have.
