"I have been a solitary kitchen witch for as long as I can remember having brought most of my knowledge through with me, I have also learnt a great deal about the Mysteries from my Maternal Grandmother and was taught the wonders of the Runes by an Asatruan High Priest. My company Sacred Spaces focuses on Reiki, Breath work, Meditation & a range of natural cosmetics which I run from my home base in Lancaster, England.

I am originally from Cape Town where more than twenty years ago my search began. For the past twenty years I have explored many modalities in search of the Truth and have worked endlessly on developing my full potential, however, I found that there was always that elusive thing that stood in my way, held me back and so with every step forward there were always those inevitable two steps back everyone refers to!

That is until I had an AuraTransformation™ with Sarah, I had known Sarah as a friend for about a year and was intrigued when she began talking about her AuraTransformation™ it was also very evident how it had changed her life. Sarah is so passionate about AuraTransformation™ and she is dedicated to sharing it with others.

Even while reading Anni Sennov’s book I knew that this was something that would help me with that final hurdle, Sarah was always available and answered all the questions I had. She has a wonderfully relaxed nature which was reassuring throughout the process of my AuraTransformation™. She gave me loads of good advice for how to manage things in the days following the AuraTransformation™ and I had my balancing the next day.

Trying to explain how things changed is not always easy, firstly to say I feel connected is an understatement I feel that I simply “AM”, I used to meditate for up to 2 hours at a time and now I can reach the feeling of connectedness almost instantly so no need for long sessions, I feel as if I am looking at everything with “new eyes”. It is also much easier to discern what energy I am responsible for and what energy belongs to others, so that on a daily basis I am no longer analysing things over and over and stressing about situations etc.

Synchronicity is popping up even more than before and I find that the universe and I are so much more in sync, I think about someone and they phone, wonder about a new career and a friend mentions a position that has become available, these things seem so cliché but I do feel as if the journey has become simpler, all I do is go with the divine flow which is now flowing beautifully within every thought and deed.
