"HELP!! I'm turning into Superwoman!! Since my AuraTransformation™ a few weeks ago I am firing on all cylinders.....losing weight without trying...given up smoking (FOREVER this time)....committed to regular dance and yoga classes....baking cakes....made a dress from scratch (yes, REALLY!!).....even tidying long neglected cupboards! I seem to have so much more space and spaciousness in my head and my life.....I'm achieving so much more in my day and doing so many more things that I really want to do. But most importantly, my relationships have changed exponentially - I am loving myself more and feeling so joyful and full of energy and gratitude. My kids are so enjoying the new shinier, sparklier Mum - and responding with so much fun and lightness, they can't get enough of me! Friends keep saying, 'Wow! You look great!" and I notice children are very drawn to me and want to come for a hug and a smile. The magic is working and I'm so very grateful to AuraTransformation™ and Sarah who works with such passion and gentleness, her enthusiasm is infectious and I definitely caught the bug!!
