Originally I did these 2h incredible 1-1 Heart Retrievals with 100s of people, a LEAP Kinesiology based session where people come with a list of all their heart stories, we then use the muscle testing to work out what needed healing and retrieving and why patterns kept repeating and what linked back to core wounding.

These were really epic 1-1s but I wanted to teach more. Like how to keep your heart threads to yourself, why they keep tangling up, and knowing how to operate from a whole heart going forward.
