"I waited a few months and then decided to ask Sarah to go ahead with the AuraTransformation. This was a very big decision for me having spent so much time with traditional methods of working with the higher self and also spending so much of my time working with the traditional chakra/energy centres. However, I knew that traditional and new age methods can and would merge and I would find my place in the midst. Having put so many years of work into myself I knew that the transformation would be ‘the cherry on the top’ and having a crystal aura would tie up all of the work. Sarah was also the right person to do it as she respected my beliefs and my spiritual passage.

The actual transformation itself was very visual and felt very safe and comforting. I knew what was happening even before Sarah told me what she was doing- I could feel it. The deconstruction of the old chakra system was the part that I was most worried about, however when this was taking place it felt amazing. The second part Sarah released me from past life ties (which had been having a major impact on my life – shown to me in the jungle!) and there was several things that Sarah discussed with me which was work I was doing currently on my ‘self’. The third part was like a big crystal blanket wrapping its arms around me and when the new aura structure was taking place, I could feel it envelope me. The difference was remarkable at the time, I felt much more together, like the old chakra system had been waiting for this to happen. I felt so much growth in the heart chakra and an expansion of my energy as a whole.

The weeks to follow were very telling! I usually race through life being super busy, full of energy and drive, drive, drive! However, the transformation made me STOP! I began to sit down, chill out, rest? Words that have never been in my vocabulary! I tried to resist –but it wouldn’t let me. It wasn’t to the detriment of my business or my life. The reverse, I made time to sit and think and make realisations and work on some of the issues of myself that I had been ignoring with being ‘busy’.
I began to put up clear boundaries with people, saying ‘no’. Having respect for myself in not being pushed and pulled by everyone. There were days don’t get me wrong when everything went crazy, but after those days; clarity.
I’m still in the process of crystalisation and have returned to Sarah for a balancing, which was also really helpful. She is only ever a facebook message away should you need to discuss anything that happens with you during your transformation. This isn’t a quick fix like some would suggest, it does accelerate the process of containing your higher self in your physical body but you still go through a ‘heightened’ and somewhat ‘condensed’ process of working on you self. You still feel all the growth along the way. Everyone is ready for this journey, everyone should make the decision to work on themselves and allow for personal growth. I would recommend AuraTransformation with Sarah to everyone, I do to all the yogis that pass through my studio (Sarah being one of them!)
