A lovely way of meeting other AuraTransformed people, and rekindling a passion for self-balancing.
We will: do a short go round introducing ourselves.
Drop into a meditative space where we will do a collective epic balancing, body scan to transform tension, and if we have time we will work with our elements and masculine and feminine energy to remind you of what can help you maintain a crystal clear aura.
We will end with an informal round of sharing tools and techniques that have helped processing emotion.
