Wow! What a full day this will be.

A day to show off our studio and all the work you've been doing with yourselves!


All yogis are welcome to come and have a brew and a get together... kettle will be on. I will do a FREE yoga session at 3-4pm

The Vibro acoustic bed will be in residence on the day- so you can book in for sessions on that too.

Helen Flatman Leece will have her diary there to book in for treatments and discuss the therapies she offers in the Healing Room

Sarah Jennings will be holding a talk at 2pm about Aura Transformation and the CRYSTALLINE YOGA classes we hold.

Toni Fraser Brennand will be holding mini talks all day about her SOUL MEDITATION courses and classes that she runs at the studio

Emma G Deyn Will be able to discuss her work and the treatments she offers in the healing room.


Collette Corcoran Will be holding on of her HEALING YIN STYLE CLASSES at 3.00pm-4.00pm
