The first thing that people interested in an AT must do is to read Balance on All Levels by Anni Sennov.  This is  a prerequisite to a treatment.  This can be downloaded, and is linked on my website.  I will be bringing copies to sell but people have to have time to read them. So downloading is probably best  so that people have time to read the book before their individual session.
